Step-by-Step Guide (In-App)

Open the App
Launch Hafiz Super Store and log in

Go to Profile
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom

Open Settings
Tap Settings (gear icon ⚙️)

Account Management
Go to Account → Account Management

Delete Account
Tap "Delete Account" option

Verify Identity
Enter password or OTP for verification
7
Confirm Deletion
Read warning and confirm to delete
Alternative: Email Request
Send email to: deleteaccount@hafizsuperstore.com
Include:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Full name
- Registered email and phone
- Statement: "I understand this is permanent"
What Gets Deleted
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Order history
- Payment details
- Wallet balance
- Saved addresses
- Wishlists and preferences
Before Deleting
- Complete all pending orders
- Use wallet balance
- Download order history
- Cancel subscriptions
